Aired originally on the Cartoon Network on August 2, 2003 running in conjunction with episode 4. The events in this episode center around the taking and return of the Wheel of Power to Hot Wheels City and the battle with Gelorum and the forces of CLYP.

This episode was not released on video until its inclusion into the full length movie. I did manage to secure a promotional VCD that probably would have become the final episode had it been released on DVD/VHS. There were no significant additions to what you see in this part of the full length movie.
