Mysterious agency that wants the Wheel of Power. In the comics, Gelorum is their most skilled agent. In the movies, it's not specified, but it sure feels like Gelorum is in charge.

In the comics, the CLYP recruit Harrison Lau (driver of Red Baron) and Kurt Wylde (aka Zed-36 and driver of Sling Shot). They attempt to lure Rekkas into selling Mega-Duty, but are unsuccessful.

In the movie, CLYP relies on robotic forces and just Zed-36. They are eventually thwarted by a combined effort of teams and a reformed Kurt Wylde. Gelorum escapes, however, leaving the storyline open for a sequel...
