A representative (or executive?) of the CLYP Corporation, Gelorum was the chief mastermind behind the opposition of the World Race. Hiring Zed-36 to first sabotage the track and then to attempt to harm the drivers, Gelorum was attempting to obtain the Wheel of Power by positioning Zed-36 to grab it for her. Once Kurt Wylde was discovered as Zed-36, Gelorum sent him with robot drivers to get the Wheel of Power ahead of the other drivers.

During the events centered around the return of the Wheel of Power to Hot Wheels City, Gelorum was damaged in the wreck of her helicopter. The damage to her face revealed that, underneath the human-looking exterior, she was actually a robot.

Gelorum attempted to personnaly prevent the return of the Wheel of Power to Hot Wheels City but was stopped by Kurt Wylde. She fled Hot Wheels City back through the portal vowing that ''the race was not yet over.''

The voice of Gelorum is played by Kathleen Barr.
