The team leaders have recruited their teams and its off on the second leg of the World Race. Splitting up, some of the drivers encounter Zed-36 who throws more challenges at the drivers. Road Beasts characters get some attention as well as some old and new faces like Markie Wylde, Lani Tam and the team leaders.

First aired on July 19, 2003 on the Cartoon Network.

This one's pretty much as you see in the full length DVD with the exception of the extra bits around the commercial breaks. One of the extra bits is interesting, however, as it shows the switch-backs just inside the portal more clearly. Now I understand why the drivers keep turning so much at the beginning of this leg.
