Monkey built this robot from parts salvaged from the RD-S1 that was captured after the Storm Realm. Other parts built into Sparky's body include a mop bucket, a bicycle flag and a baseball hat. Shirako brought back from the Junk Realm a set of legs for Sparky from a smashed MD-01. These legs were attached to Sparky by the time of the Ultimate Race.
Sparky only seems to have a limited vocabulary, though he seems to have some intelligence. Sparky helped Vert escape capture by the Drones and accompanied him on the Ultimate Race.
