In the movie The Ultimate Race, while sitting in the captured Sweeper, Kurt is explaining to the other racers about his and Wylde's legal troubles. At the beginning of the scene, Kurt's goggles are off. The shot changes to the other racers and then back to Kurt - who now has his goggles back on. Since the goggles are the type held onto his face by a strap and since there were no noises or breaks in the dialog, its highly unlikely that Kurt had enough time to take his helmet off, put on his goggles and then put his helmet back on.
