This is a rather large trade show where each year manufacturers show their new stuff to trade buyers. The show is not open to the public.
What's interesting is that Mattel provides giveaways at the show. In 2003 a custom painted Deora II with Highway 35 Word Race markings on the car and the display case was handed out. They repeated the gesture in 2005 with an AcceleRacers marked Hollowback and display case. I've heard that only 200 of these Hollowbacks were made though I've not confirmed this. In any case, the Toy Fare cars are well decorated and make for a nice collectable.
